What is the lead time on an order?

As each box is made in the UK to order there is currently a 2 week lead time on fabrication. We will give you a delivery date on receipt of payment.


How is it shipped?

We then send each Airbox™ tracked through a courier service. We currently only ship within the UK.


What is the returns policy?

As each box is made to order we do not offer returns.


Do you offer a guarantee?

If on delivery the Airbox™ is faulty in any way, please provide dated photographic evidence of the fault immediately and email us at hello@airbox.shop. If appropriate we will refund the product.

Each box will arrive with the protective film covering the Perspex®. As the Perspex® is very delicate, once the film is removed we cannot accept the product as faulty.

We accept no liability for Airboxes purchased through Stockists.

All plants will be sent out in good condition with care instructions. Therefore we do not accept any liability for the plants once delivered. We do not accept any responsibility for plants supplied by a third party.

Due to the individuality of plants, the Tillandsia may differ in appearance from the images on the website.
